Where industrial processes generate exhaust air containing complex mixtures of pollutants, Evoran Umwelttechnik GmbH develops and builds the right system — custom-designed, not off-the-shelf. Our strength lies in the treatment of process exhaust air that cannot be managed using a standard solution: multi-component mixtures, high or highly fluctuating concentrations, and critical flow rates.

Unlike standardised modular systems, every Evoran plant is designed to meet the specific requirements of the task at hand. We design bespoke solutions that are precisely tailored to our customers’ processes, pollutant profiles and limit values — from the initial analysis right through to a plant ready for operation.

Consultation with an open approach to methods; built as a collaborative effort

It is the exhaust air itself that determines which process is required — not a fixed product range. Evoran provides advice that is independent of specific processes and products, selecting from a tiered portfolio: adsorption using activated carbon or zeolite, gas scrubbing, UV/ozone photo-oxidation, catalytic oxidation (KatOx) and non-thermal plasma. Often, the best solution lies in combining several stages to form a treatment chain.

Ein Beispiel ist die Behandlung großer Volumenströme mit niedrigen Schadstoffkonzentrationen: Über eine Aufkonzentrationsstufe wird die Fracht in einem deutlich kleineren Sekundärkreislauf gebündelt und dort — etwa durch UV-Photooxidation mit nachgeschalteter Katalyse oder eine katalytische Oxidationsstufe — zuverlässig abgebaut. So werden VOC wie Alkohole, organische Säuren oder BTEX chemisch umgewandelt und verlieren ihre schädliche Wirkung — bei kleinerer Anlage und wirtschaftlichem, teils autothermem Betrieb.

We support your project throughout its entire life cycle: from consultancy and exhaust air analysis, through pilot testing and 3D design, to manufacturing, commissioning and operation. On request, we can take over the operation of the plant, thereby ensuring maximum availability. We also support you in optimising and upgrading existing plants to comply with stricter emission limits — regardless of the manufacturer.

The systems are designed in 3D by our engineers and manufactured within the KF Group. Through the KF subsidiary ReTech Resources Technology GmbH, we have access to a high-performance manufacturing infrastructure; for electrical and control engineering, pipework construction and water and soil-related projects, we work with experienced partners within the group — brelan (electrical and control engineering) and Rohrtec (pipework construction).
